Hey, I'm playing Skyrim right now, and I'm a Breton. Honestly in my opinion it's kind of a stretch for any non-Nord to join the Stormcloaks. If any one of the other non-Nord races could join them, I think it would be a Breton. I can surprisingly come up with great reasons for my Breton character to fight with the Stormcloaks.
